About the role
As HR Advisor, you will be an important member of the Human Resources team, based in our Brisbane office at Eagle Farm. Your focus will be coordinating and delivering HR initiatives across the business to support our projects across Australia. Key responsibilities will include:
- Award and agreement interpretation
- Assisting with negotiating Enterprise Agreements
- Performance counselling and management
- HR policies and procedure development and update
- Providing HR/IR Advice
- Assisting with Recruitment if required
This is a pivotal role within the business and will require:
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- 3 years experience in HR
- Some understanding of employment law and industrial relations
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a fast paced team;
- Ability to travel to projects Australia wide if required
