POP MART, founded in 2010 is an industry-leading pop culture and art toy company aiming to light up passion and bring joy to all.
We are currently expanding our support team and is looking for a part time HR Assistant!
The role involves:
- Assist with recruitment process (CV screening, phone screen, organise interviews and reference checks)
- HR Tracking e.g. Visa verification and expiry, performance management, probation tracking
- Update monthly employee records
- Promoting safe working practices and monitoring from a WH&S perspective.
- Implementing staff retention and engagement strategies to improve productivity and performance with the company
- Organise company welfare such as team building, end of year parties, incentives and wellness programs
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Ideally you would have:
- Previous degree in Human Resources
- Enjoy working in retail industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in MS Office particularly Excel and Word
- Good understanding of Retail Award
- The desire to be involved in ad hoc HR projects.
- Flexibility and resilience, drive and passion
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
