Join our dynamic team as we seek a proactive and dedicated individual to step into the role of HR Assistant. You’ll play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a comprehensive HR database comprising past, current, and prospective employees, totalling over 1,000 records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the mobilisation process, from application screening, reference checks, medical examinations, qualification-related examinations to travel arrangements with precision.
- Act as a proficient liaison for HR-related matters, facilitating clear communication between management and employees.
Requirements:
- Unlimited Working Rights
- Proficient in English and preferably fluent in Korean.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to comply and develop policies and procedures, and prepare written reports.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in a role with similar competencies is advantageous, but not essential.
- Background in Commerce or law is viewed favourably.
