Our HR team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated person to join us in an HR Assistant capacity role with a strong focus in Recruitment. This role is a permanent full-time and will be primarily responsible for sourcing top notch candidates and best talents in consultation with the Management team and Line Managers. The successful candidate will act as liaison between the company and candidates in filling up the roles.
This include but not limited to determining job requirements and screening candidates, demonstrating consistent execution of best practice, along with a strategic approach in employer branding initiatives to build pipelines for potential applicants.
