You will be responsible for the Retail and Corporate portfolio and provide day-to-day HR support and advice across a broad range of HR activities, whilst ensuring that company human resources initiatives are implemented, and goals are achieved aligned to business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting employees with workplace grievances and escalating where necessary.
- Coaching managers with new starters commencing, employment changes or terminating employment contracts.
- Provide timely and accurate advice on diverse HR management activities, policies, practices and key processes including recruitment, appointment, on-boarding, induction, conditions of employment and related issues to managers and employees.
- Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.
- Ensure employee safety, wellness, welfare, health and happiness.
An experienced and motivated HR Partner, your passion for enabling others and building trusted business relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Additionally, you will demonstrate:
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering positions
- Expert knowledge in employee relations/ industrial relations
- Outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills
- You enjoy working autonomously, effectively managing your own time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide tough but supportive feedback
