As the HR Business Partner for Randstad Digital, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the business strategy and objectives by collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Your primary responsibility will be to translate the business strategy into a robust people agenda while also executing the broader HR Strategy.
Your new responsibilities
- Utilize Randstad's HR Analytic tools and related data points to derive insights for positive talent management outcomes.
- Spearhead change management activities across Randstad Digital.
- Develop actionable plans based on insights in collaboration with business leaders.
- Participate actively in divisional leadership sessions and conferences to grasp Randstad's business intricacies.
- Offer guidance on best practice delivery models, organizational structure, and growth planning to drive exceptional performance.
- Coach managers on fostering high-performance individuals, teams, and culture.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance retention and engagement.
- Lead Randstad's annual talent management process to identify talent, successors, and development opportunities.
- Lead and manage HR projects aligned with the HR and business strategy, in collaboration with a cross-functional HR team.
Employee and Industrial Relations:
- Provide counsel on complex people/HR issues and broader business concerns.
- Guide managers on Randstad's performance management policy, assessing risks, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Assist managers in handling HR Incidents.
- Work closely with the Employee Relations Manager, GM - HR, and HR Director on labour-related legal matters.
- Stay updated on relevant employment legislation and its implications for the organization.
What we need from you
- 5+ years of experience in working for a complex company, preferably in a fast-paced multi-site environment
- Experience working across APAC regions would be highly desirable
- Degree Qualified in HR or a related field.
- Proficient in written and spoken communication.
- Strong numeracy and IT skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
