Workplace Relations: Provide an employee experience that is safe, supportive and respectful with opportunities available in these teams:
- Industrial Relations – specialised expert advice on IR matters including interpreting legislation, representing the Department in Industrial forums, and maintaining productive working relationships with employees, managers and their representatives.
- Employee Relations – expert advice on ER matters including workplace investigations and State Service employment frameworks.
- Case Management – advice and case management services for grievances, complaints, and employee performance management.
- Injury Management - support our workforce with return to work, workers compensation, and non-compensable guidance.
Business Partners - Be strategic and drive organisational performance through partnering with health service executives to coach, advise and facilitate people and culture. These are new and exciting roles!
