We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee our APAC region!
You'll be a great fit if:
You'll have proven experience as a HR generalist.
Ideally some experience in a staffing agency setting.
Successful partnering with senior level business colleagues in a commercial fast paced environment
Mixture of HR specialisms and broad subject knowledge.
International and matrix management experience.
Strong interpersonal & influencing skills.
Degree level with professional HR qualification
Detailed knowledge of local & regional employment laws & best practice.
Within this role, you will be:
Being part of the Senior Management team to support regional priorities.
Working closely with the Group HR Director & MD to ensure relevance across strategy to our APAC region.
Leading core HR processes including Pay and Reward, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Appraisals & Performance Management across the region.
Working with the Development team to ensure the effective roll out of training & development across the region.
Working with the regional management identify and support the development and retention of top talent in region.
Providing country specific support & expertise across employment law & labour market dynamics.
Providing timely, responsive, and commercial HR guidance and support on local HR issues to line managers and employees. Escalating issues to the HRD as appropriate.
Supported by the corporate HR team and the Bangalore Shared Services, ensure best practice and consistency in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
