DescriptionReporting to the HR Manager and ELT Group, your duties will include, but not limited to;
- Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to all internal stakeholders
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new starters (white and blue collar roles)
- Support the management team with policy and procedure development
- Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, driving best practice and conducting internal investigations
- Industrial Relations; working closely with the legal team to ensure successful outcomes and providing guidance to the local and regional stakeholder group
- Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests
- Attend and contribute at bi-monthly board meetings
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations
ProfileAs an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within an operational and transactional focused HR capacity
- Proven generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on ER, Recruitment, IR and developing internal policies and procedures
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources or equivalent
- Professional and respectful communication style
- Excellent use of own initiative and ability to produce work to a high standard
- Ambitious with strong career aspirations to learn and evolve
