About the Role
Our HR Connect team plays a vital role in ensuring that our workforce is safe, supported, engaged, and empowered to deliver high-quality outcomes. As an HR Business Partner (Health Portfolio), you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering expert and business focussed Human Resources strategy and solutions. This includes: 

  • Policy and award interpretation and application
  • Grievance resolution & Performance management advice (case management)
  • Workforce Planning
  • Change management & organizational development
  • Employee engagement

About You
As a HR professional you will be a customer focused individual and are able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including coaching, and delegating effectively.  You thrive in complex and challenging environments and can foster stakeholder engagement and collaboration at all levels. You will leverage your expertise to drive continuous improvement and providing strategic HR advice, support, and coaching to our leadership teams and employees. Your approach is solution-focused, and you uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree in Business and/or Human Resources or equivalent professional experience
  • Extensive experience in HR generalist or Business Partnering roles.
  • Demonstrated experience of HR case management practices 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • High level ability to contribute to high performing Human Resources systems, tools and processes that provide customer service excellence.
