About the role

The HR Business Partner is a business facing strategic HR position that requires strong commercial and HR expertise to provide insight and challenge business leaders on all strategic people-related matters. It will be a key driver of operational and advisory HR, providing the effective and efficient delivery of employment relations, performance management, and reward, as well as dedicated expertise into the planning and implementation of effective organisational design development and change management.

Supporting the Director of People, this role will also consult and partner with the senior leadership team, effectively building strong relationships, whilst helping develop and drive innovative people initiatives and solutions that will complement and mirror the current and future strategic business objectives of the Ogilvy Network and deliver both personal and organisational improvements in performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• HR and talent management experience, most recently at a business partner level, ideally in a matrix management environment
• Hands-on HR operational and advisory experience
• Proven track record of delivering an excellent integrated and stakeholder-focused generalist HR service
• Professional HR qualifications or continuing professional development to demonstrate an understanding of employment regulations, industry trends, and applicable HR law
• Experience rolling out and developing people strategies in an ever changing fast-paced, preferably high tech, media or advertising organisation
