Job Description Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Develop, strategise, and contribute to an inclusive people and culture workplace strategy. Run and mange ER/IR matters. Partner with business units to implement retention and satisfaction strategies.
Discuss and create positive team cultural initiatives and benefits. Partner with business leaders on upskilling, performance, and training programs. Ensure physically and psychological safety is promoted in the workplace.
