Autosports Group (ASG), is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands and has over 1800 employees across 55 dealerships in NSW/VIC/QLD and NZ.
Looking after our dealerships in the greater Sydney area, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join this fun, driven and motivated national team for a 6 – 9 month contract.
Reporting to the Group Manager, Human Resources this role will partner with the business in all areas of the employee life cycle to ensure we deliver the right experience and development opportunities for all employees at ASG. There will also be functional support to HR initiatives including planning, change management, co-ordination of communications and working within a supportive team environment.
Key aspects of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Partner with leaders to align business objectives with HR strategy
- Assist with the roll out of people initiatives including apprentice programs, sales cadet programs, and support our D&I agenda
- Coach and develop leaders in the business on employee matters
- Work as part of a national HR team in a growth organisation
- Lead employment matters with regulatory bodies
- Actively promote safety and wellbeing of our employees through compliance requirements and company initiatives
What we are looking for in you!
- You are a natural born problem solver with more than three (3) years as a HRBP and looking to take the next step.
- You are motivated, optimistic, self-driven and a team player; let’s win together!
- Strong stakeholder management building relationships across all levels of our organisation
- HR qualifications and/or relevant experience
- Understanding of the typical business structures and having experience working in both white- and blue-collar environments
