The Role Your eligibility for this position will depend on your demonstrated experience as a HR Business Partner, encompassing the following key responsibilities: - Lead HR Advisory Team, fostering alignment with the company's stakeholders.- Develop ER case management and Business Partnering capabilities of the HR Advisors you'll be overseeing.- Supervise the HR team for smooth HR program delivery.- Support the HR Administrator for accurate payroll and data upkeep.- Act as escalation point for complex employee matters.- Collaborate with finance for precise payroll processing.- Interpret Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards.- Advise on HR policies, grievance resolution, and performance.- Collaborate within HR Team for seamless projects.- Contribute to HR policies and procedures review.- Ensure compliance with WHS and EEO legislation.- Additional responsibilities as required to support the business.
