About the role
As the HR Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all things HR. You will be the glue for the team, someone who is super organised and get’s things done! They are seeking someone who wants to process improve, make things better and value add.
You will join a supportive team in a busy and varied role!
You will be required to:
- Create employee contracts in partnership with HR Business Partners
- Manage HR Administration and employee lifecycle activities
- On-boarding (and off-boarding) of all new starters in line with the SLA’s
- Ensuring all background checks are completed
- Coordinate all new starters
- Support HR initiatives with the wider business
- Provide support to the training team with online training modules
About you
- You will have experience working in a coordination role and love working in a busy role
- Have exceptional organisational skills
- Be a people person wo thrives on building internal relationships
- Love process enhancements and improvements
- Customer centric individual keen to help the customer or client at all times.
- High attention to detail, great organisational skills and must be able to work to tight deadlines
