Job Description
Employee Advocate: Be the first point of contact, guiding employees through HR policies and addressing their concerns effectively.
Conflict Resolution Pro: Tackle workplace issues and employee conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work atmosphere.
Performance Support: Provide valuable guidance to managers on employee performance matters and help drive success.
Onboarding Specialist: Lead onboarding experiences for new hires, setting them up for success.
Policy Maintenance: Keep all HR policies up-to-date with legislative changes, ensuring compliance.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
Initiative Champion: Collaborate on implementing impactful HR programs and initiatives.
Diversity Advocate: Coordinate the diversity council, fostering an inclusive workplace.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
