As the HR Coordinator you will report directly to the HR Manager and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective HR operations. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration process.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving workplace conflicts or issues.
- Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics to provide insights for decision-making processes.
- Manage fast paced rostering for staff members.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees at all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Preferably 2+ years as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
