ABOUT THE COMPANY.Our Client is a Local Council based in Sydney and is looking for an experienced
HR Coordinator. Your position will play a critical role in creating a positive, people-focused culture that strives for excellence and continuous growth.
ABOUT THE POSITION.Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture, you will ensure the delivery of best practice HR services. Substantial experience dealing with IR matters is required for this position.
DUTIES.- Demonstrate proactive leadership for the HR team
- Provide consistent high quality IR advice & legal interpretation
- Ensure all relevant legislation, policies and procedures are adhered to and up to date
- Assist in EBA negotiations, preparation of Agreements, registration processes & more HR projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.- Tertiary qualifications in HRM, IR or relevant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant role
- Substantial experience in IR is critical for this position
- Experience leading a team of HR professionals
