Protech has an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our client in Tomago on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide assistance with day-to-day support with the business strategies and plans including support on employee engagement and change management initiatives. ? Assist with the workforce planning process, including forecasting needs and development of position descriptions. ? Provide high level support to assist with in the implementation of unsatisfactory performance procedures and strategies to improve performance. ?
