About the role
We are seeking a proactive, energetic, team player who has a passion for HR and thrives on working with people to join our sparkling People & Culture team. Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation as the HR Coordinator where you will be at the forefront of the employee experience and making Cashrewards a great place to work at.
Your Focus
Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle including contract administration and onboarding, probations, internal movements and offboarding
Being the first point of contact for P&C related queries through our ticketing system, managing first level HR queries and escalating where appropriate ensuring a high level of customer/stakeholder experience with each interaction
Updating and maintaining the HRIS system and employee records ensuring all information is updated in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Facilitating in-person and virtual induction sessions for new starters bringing the yay to each interaction for an exceptional employee experience
Support preparation of people reports ensuring accurate data and insights for the business and P&C
Updating and maintenance of people information on the company intranet
Provide support for P&C initiatives within our People Strategy
About You
Ability to adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously
Sound knowledge, skills and experience of general HR/P&C practices, systems and methodologies
Proven interpersonal and organisation skills
Passion for all things people and eager to learn
Initiative and the ability to proactively solve problems and provide solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
High level of attention to detail
