The Opportunity:
We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join in Brisbane on a permanent basis.
Known internally as the ASC People Coordinator, the role forms an integral part of our Ashurst Service Central (ASC) People team. ASC People are responsible for delivering smart and effective people processes, all while ensuring a great employee experience and offering support to the HR / People & Culture (P&C) function.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
Processing all employee lifecycle events to a high quality and agreed service levels. This includes onboarding, staff movements, offboarding, and client secondments.
Resolving and processing all employee and partner enquiries via the HR / P&C ticketing system to ensure accurate recording and reporting.
Provide administrative support and handle first level queries relating to the annual HR / P&C calendar of activities e.g. performance appraisals and remuneration review.
