Job Description
SGS is seeking a full-time HR Coordinator for this 12-month parental leave cover with a possibility of extension. This role will be located near Perth Airport and will be a hybrid role working in the office as well as the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing daily support to the Senior HR Advisors/Senior Business Partners as directed
- Prepare accurate and timely HR documentation - contracts, contract amendments and position descriptions, ER related documentations for designated business lines.
- Managing and updating HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations, including following up and saving of employee documentation.
- Assisting in the performance appraisal process, including data collection, analysis, and coordination of feedback sessions.
- Participating in ER-related inquiries and investigations and contributing to the resolution of workplace grievances.
- Assist with the management of immigration and visa-related inquires and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintaining awareness of changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's adherence to legal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualification in Human Resources (or related field)
- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience and/or previous HR experience
- Previous contract generation and visa process management experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR database
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
