About the Role:

As a crucial part of our National People Operations team, you'll help to reconfigure systems and processes to make things work more smoothly and to provide better data insights. You will also extract and manipulate data and help stakeholders across the business build their basic data and excel skills. 

About You

• You have great Excel skills
• You are inquisitive with a proactive approach
• You are able to navigate complex systems and processes with ease and curiosity
• You love to play with data, work out how systems work and to solve problems
• You have experience producing descriptive and diagnostic analytics for team members and internal stakeholders
• You like to self-manage tasks and work independently

Highly regarded but not essential

• Familiarity with PageUp and PowerBi
• SQL & experience building data models to the list of familiarities
