Job Description: As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the new payroll system across multiple countries. This is a contract role for one year, and you will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire project, from planning and design to implementation and testing. You will be required to develop a project plan and ensure that it is executed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also need to manage project risks and issues, and ensure that the project is delivered within the agreed budget and timeline. Stakeholder Management: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior executives, HR leaders, and payroll teams. You will need to ensure that they are engaged and informed throughout the project and that their needs and requirements are understood and addressed. Vendor Management: You will be responsible for managing the vendor responsible for the implementation of the new payroll system. This will include ensuring that the vendor is meeting all project deliverables and timelines, managing vendor budgets, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise. Change Management: You will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy to ensure that the new payroll system is successfully adopted across the business. This will include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to employees as they transition to the new system. Reporting: You will be responsible for providing regular updates to senior executives and other key stakeholders on the status of the project. This will include progress reports, risk assessments, and budget updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a payroll or HR system implementation.
Experience managing large-scale, multinational projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with change management and training.
Proven ability to manage vendors and budgets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
