hussetHR is a boutique provider of outsourced Human Resources and Employee Relations Services. Working with small and medium business across Australia, we partner with our clients to become their HR manager. More than just an advisory service, we provide bespoke solutions specific to the client needs.
This role will see you working in a small HR team in the delivery of our full range of services, which includes but is not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, Workplace programs, training and development and compliance with industrial instruments and the Fair Work Act.
Through a hands-on approach, you will be required to work closely with each client from our office and the client site to ensure the agreed services are being delivered to their expectation. You will utilise our internal resources to carry out work efficiently and to the required hussetHR standards.
Areas of accountability:
- Implement the husset model of HR through project based implementation
- Manage the employee lifecycle
- Advising on Modern Award and EA terms
- Ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act
- Performance Management
- Providing advice on employee-related matters
- Recruitment and Selection as required
- Onboarding of new employees
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an HR role
- Tertiary qualification aligned to the role
- The ability to think strategically and understand the ramification of actions and decisions
- Ability to understand payroll
- Experience in working with Modern Awards
- Employee relations experience
- Change management experience including new processes, policy implementation and organisation restructures
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation and build strong working relationships
- Excellent report writing skills with a keen eye for detail
