Proclinical are partnering with a global leader in the water and waste treatment industry. As the business continues to grow following an exciting acquisition, they are seeking to add a permanent HR Advisor/Generalist to the team at their ANZ HQ in Macquarie Park, NSW. You will work closely with the HR Managers both locally and internationally across the full employee life cycle, as well as undertaking a number of exciting projects.
The Role
Reporting into the Regional HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Partnering with mid-level leaders across the business to provide advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
- Monitoring performance management processes, offering advice and guidance when needed and reporting on performance management completion rates.
- Providing leaders with training on how to best conduct performance management conversations.
- Assisting with the full end to end recruitment process for high volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring that hiring managers follow the correct process.
- Pulling reports on a number of key metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism and diversity.
- Advising leaders within your client group on employee relations matters. This will include interpreting awards and enterprise bargaining agreements.
- Assisting with the quarterly reward and recognition program.
- Work on projects that may include; rolling out action plans as a result of the engagement survey, involvement with the new diversity and inclusion program, as well as working across learning and development initiatives.
Your Experience
To be successful within the role, you will bring:
- Qualified with a degree in Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
- 4 years' + experience working within a HR Operations or Generalist function
- Must have experience with Payroll and Talent Acquisition
- Exposure working within a fast paced environment, ideally in an international business
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and legislation.
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
