Job Description:
As an Entry Level HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department in various functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in HR and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations activities, including resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and confidential manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as drafting HR policies and procedures, preparing HR-related documents, and maintaining HR files.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or working towards either.
