- Serve as a strategic partner to management and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Manage the full range of HR functions including HR administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Conduct investigations and provide coaching and support for employee relations issues.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement employee development initiatives and training programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Previous experience effectively managing employee relations issues.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
