Job Description :
· Supporting the branch with regard to all of its management activities and ones relating to occupational law in relation to the personnel;
· Supervising the administrative activities of the personnel, managing relations with the Payroll Supplier and with the institutions, bodies and local offices;
· Contributing to preparing budget plans concerning personnel costs, also monitoring any eventual variations, through a digital workforce planning system;
· Defining, in agreement with the HQ functions, the training and development plans and the vocational plans, according to the needs of the Project's resources;
· Coordinating the implementation of the processes and procedures set by the HQs;
· Supporting the management activities regarding trade union relations, with the internal and territorial components, always collaborating with the HQ functions;
· Monitoring activities concerning the assignment and management of corporate benefits, according to what has been established by the company's agreements;
· Periodically providing updated reports to the Headquarters, concerning HR matters;
· Coordinating General and Facility Service activities.

Expected salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
