Our client an established and progressive outsource services firm, located on the Upper North Shore/Beaches, is seeking a HR Generalist to join their friendly team. Staff Parking is available on-site.
This is a new stand-alone role in Sydney, born through the growth and needs of the business. Make this role your own!
This is a permanent full-time role, 4 days in the office & 1 day WFH, for someone who likes to be challenged and enjoys working in a fast-paced friendly supportive team. This role will suit someone that has a passion for problem solving and multi-tasking day to day.
Your duties as HR Generalist will encompass Recruitment (360 degress), Employee Relations & Engagement, Payroll/Leave/Benefits, and Occupational Health & Safety. You'll be supported and seek ER and OH&S advice from a local advisory service, as well as liaise with an overseas HR colleague.
Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have:
- Degree or equivalent in HR.
- Ideally 5+ years HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and willingness to seek solutions.
- The ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people from all walks of life.
- Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, together with policy and procedure.
- Your own vehicle and a Valid NSW drivers license (Essential as the role requires visits across Sydney office sites.
- Full working rights in Australia - PR or Citizen.
