The opportunity based at our brand new DC in Avalon...
- Engage with with the team building relationships, workplace culture, driving attendance & retention
- Hands on approach connecting with the team fostering strong working relationships
- Manage end to end recruitment, talent pools & proactive recruitment strategies
- Work towards a reasonable agency v permanent split
- Manage Agency relationships
- Monitor volume to plan & support peaks in recruitment requirements
- Support performance discussions in conjunction with the team as required
- Assist the team to conduct probationary reviews
- Provide HR advice
- Partner with BP's on investigations
If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you!
- Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience combined with HR qualifications
- A strong understanding of HR legislation and requirements, specifically Warehousing & Logistics
- Experience developing, implementing and monitoring programs, policy & process improvements
- Demonstrated experience with a wide array HR programs and practices such as. recruitment, performance management, & employee relations
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, with success in negotiating with and influencing others.
- Experience in Warehousing industry (or similar) preferred
