Great opportunity to join this fast paced, complex project-based organisation who supply their services to the resources, energy, utility and oil and gas industry.As an HR Advisor, you will be part of a small team providing generalist support to a range of corporate and operational/site based stakeholders. Engaged as a temporary for 3 months, your role will be generalist, with an adaptable and flexible workstyle key to your success. Day to day your activities include:
- Providing generalist HR advice, support and guidance across people related policies and procedures – both at a corporate and site/operational based level
- Engagement with key stakeholders to manage day to day HR queries and providing support on contract generation, mobilisation/demobilisation, pre-employment activities
- Interpretation and application of various Awards, Common Law contracts (FWA legislation based)
- Supporting with needs for training at a corporate and site based level
- Assisting with HR related projects (ad hoc)
Above all, you will be a team orientated individual who is keen to contribute and work to deliver outcomes. This is a hands-on role, where you will need to work across multiple tasks and show initiative at a transactional HR level.
The role will be offered as a temporary hourly rate assignment, with an immediate start for a period of 3 months. Potential for extension will be based on business requirements.
