Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/support a range of HR services and support that sustain business initiatives and operations in the following areas: People development, performance development, communications, employee relations, HRIS, labour management, organisational planning, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition and compensation and benefits.
- Implement talent and employee development activities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure successful talent selection and onboarding.
- Support the implementation of critical and/or global programs to drive employee engagement and performance.
- Provide advice and support managers through employee relations issues from facilitating investigations to supporting performance improvement and disciplinary processes.
- Participate in organisational change initiatives for business units and/or teams.
- Support managers on other HR related matters.
- Support specific employee involvement activities and initiatives including employee resource groups and corporate social responsibility and town hall meetings.
- Complete analysis, reports and metrics at a regional level for MBR, QBR presentations
- Lead and complete WGEA submissions and branding opportunities. Provide a WGEA executive summary at country level.
- Coach management team on leadership and people issues including application of HR policies and processes, change, and complicated employee issues.
- Create and maintain an understanding of the business and plans through exposure and involvement in business activities.
- Use process improvement (PPI) tools to improve HR processes, build standard work and provide support in solving people related issues.
- Ad hoc projects and support to ANZ HR team as and when needed.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree (Business, Psychology, HR).
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience working in a global matrix and blue / white collar environment is highly regarded.
- Data analysis, problem solving and decision making.
- Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, working independently, and following through on projects.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Curious to understand more about the business, use data/information and leverage HR tools and resources to achieve results.
- Determined, results-oriented, and "hands-on" approach.
- High learning agility.
- Able to work with ambiguity
