We focus on safety line marking in factories, warehouses and offer complete basement packages including cleaning, scrubbing, line marking and sealing, shopping centre car parks, schools, and minor road works such as bus lanes.
Due to continued growth we have a Permanent Part Time position available for an experienced HR Generalist to join our busy team and provide an end to end recruiting, on-boarding and training within the organisation.
Duties include:
*Be the first point of contact for all HR queries and escalate as required
*Assist to develop job descriptions
*Create and post attractive job advertisements
*Screen CVs and candidates over the phone
*Arrange interviews, liaising with managers and candidates
*Negotiate offers, completing reference checks and provide summaries for review by management
*Arrange pre-employment medicals, police checks, visa and licence checks
*Facilitate and complete new employee on-boarding
*Develop and handle administrative duties and record keeping
*Fulfil other ad hoc duties as required by Management or Key Team Members in order to facilitate smooth running of recruiting, induction and training

Requirements:
*Previous experience as an HR Generalist
*HR qualifications
*Understanding of the recruitment process including advertising, interviewing, on-boarding
and induction.
*Experience working in a fast paced, team environment
*Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
*Experience using Employment Hero and Hero Pay preferred
*Construction industry experience preferred
*Strong computer literacy - competent Microsoft Office, Outlook,
*Databases, Social Media, and other talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn
