About the Position
As the HR Generalist, you will work closely with the General Manager HR to develop and implement a range of initiatives across the company. You will manage the operational HR function for NSW whilst supporting other states to enable a safe and harmonious working environment.
In this role you will provide a high level of quality HR administration and support the General Manager HR on operational reporting to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the department, processes and systems.
Selection Criteria
- 2-3 years of previous or related experience
- Tertiary qualification, degree or relevant industry experience
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office Suite
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a full medical, drug and alcohol test
