As the HR Advisor you will play a key role in supporting internal stakeholders with a wide variety of activities related to the employee lifecycle. The HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating comprehensive performance reviews for our entire team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee performance and satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within our organization.

Reporting to the HR & Talent Lead, this multifaceted role works in close collaboration with the wider People & Culture Team to provide exceptional HR services to all stakeholders. This role would suit someone with 2+ years experience within a HR team who is ready to take the next step in their career and be part of a newly formed team. 
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Implement a Performance Review Process.
• Coordinate and support Leaders with the Performance Review Process
• Conduct employee inductions
• Conduct performance management meetings as required
• Provide internal stakeholders with advice in relation to new employment law changes and internal policies
• Coach and partner with leaders across the business to resolve HR related issues
• Contribute to stream lining processes and continuous improvement
• Work closely with the HR & Talent Lead to support a range of internal projects
• General adhoc HR administration 

Key Attributes:

• 2-3 years in a HR generalist position
• Understanding of contemporary HR practices
• Strong administration and support background
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills 
• Sound interpersonal communication skills 
• Committed to fostering a positive workplace culture
• Desire to contribute to continually improve processes
• HR qualification highly desired
