Due to a maternity cover opportunity, we're actively seeking to appoint a dynamic People & Culture Advisor (Coordinator) who is ready for a new exciting challenge.
About the role:
You will leverage your HR experience to hit the ground running, in this challenging and highly rewarding P & C opportunity.
. Reporting directly to the Group Head of People & Culture, you'll collaborate with a vibrant team of P&C professionals, offering world-class support to business unit leaders, team members, and stakeholders. Your role will encompass a diverse range of General HR responsibilities, including:
- Managing recruitment, from advertising to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, screening, employee file preparation, and induction.
- Providing general ER & IR guidance and support.
- Coordinating apprenticeship programs.
- Assisting in performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Preparing employee correspondence, file management, and reporting.
- Collaborating with the Group Head of P&C and the broader team on implementing contemporary culture, talent and learning initiatives, driving initiatives that ensure a World-Class experience for our team members.
About you:
You will be an outstanding communicator, with sound experience in navigating the complexities and opportunities with stakeholders, and team members across all levels. As the ideal candidate, you'll demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Contemporary P&C best practices.
- Recruitment and Talent acquisition.
- HR Administrative excellence.
- Performance development, management, and conflict resolution.
- Advocacy for diversity and inclusion.
- Strong HR generalist experience and skills
- Qualifications in HR, with knowledge of ER - IR and understanding of the NES & FWA.
