We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join our team and bring to life our learning frameworks to align seamlessly with the RAA strategy. In this role, you will deliver leadership development programs and group training initiatives, contributing to the cultivation of a workplace culture centred around continuous learning, growth, and performance. You will also:
- Contribute to the establishment of a robust learning and development framework, fostering a culture of continuous growth and enabling the 70:20:10 framework.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse training needs, design engaging content across various platforms, and ensure effective program delivery.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences, utilising modern instructional techniques both in-person and online, and support the development of other facilitators.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders, offering guidance on available learning solutions and collaborating with business-specific L&D teams for group-wide initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, making recommendations to enhance the overall learning and development landscape at RAA.
About you
You will embody a positive, professional demeanour, with a passion for people, development, and driving change, while demonstrating a proven track record in designing and delivering learning and leadership solutions within a large, multi-layered, and diverse organisation.
For this role, we're also looking for:
- Exceptional communication skills, and an ability to articulate a story and message in a fun and engaging way.
- Sound knowledge of learning design, methodologies, and principles.
- Proven ability to build highly effective consultative and collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance learning and development initiatives.
