These services cover the business functions of Organisational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Work, Health and Safety, Strategic Communications and Engagement, Facilities, Governance, Risk and Assurance and Electorate Services.About the opportunity:The Organisational Development team develops and implements enterprise strategies to drive DTF’s organisational culture and proactively support equity, diversity, and inclusion programs and initiatives. The team is also responsible for delivering and implementing a workforce strategy and building organisational commitment to develop a contemporary, flexible and responsive culture that positions the department as an employer of choice to attract the best people.As the Manager, Organisational Development, you will drive the development of a departmental workforce strategy, and provide leadership to the design, implementation and maintenance of contemporary Organisational Development initiatives and services that enable DTF to meet its strategic objectives as an employer of choice.About youTo be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated and substantial experience in Organisational Development and in driving the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide initiatives and programs, as well as workforce initiatives and strategies that facilitate positive organisational change and more effective service provision.
- Experience delivering results and driving a culture of achievement and delivering high-quality work that aligns to the department’s strategic direction.
- Knowledge of contemporary Organisational Development related policies, procedures and programs in order to lead the team in establishing a culture of performance and continuous improvement to drive excellence.
