Goldbridge Rehabilitation Services is a major provider of drug and alcohol rehabilitation services situated on the Gold Coast. Established in 1987, Goldbridge’s Objective is to minimise the level of social and family dysfunction, disease, injury and premature death, primarily associated with the misuse and dependency of alcohol and other drugs. Purpose:
Link management and employees regarding employment and implement best practices within the organisation. The Human Resource Manager is to make sure all organisational HR activities are in line with necessary legal, statutory and compliance requirements.
Rsponsibility:
Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and monitoring HR strategies, policies and procedures. Directly reporting to CEO, the Human Resource Manager is responsible for staff planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations and industrial relations, performance management, training and development and compliance management.

- SC1: Demonstrated high-level communication and problem-solving skills.
- SC2: Commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- SC3: Demonstrated high-level written, analysis and administration duties.
- SC4: Experience with reporting to high-level Management personnel
- SC5: Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- SC6: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- SC7: Possession of a Degree in Human Resource Management.
- SC8: Possess a current Police Check certificate or the ability to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
- SC9: Provide evidence of being up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations as per current Queensland Government directive for Health Care settings.
