This is a newly created HR Generalist position reporting into the Head of HR. Role based onsite in Western Sydney with parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage and support a range of HR operations tasks which will include:
- Acting as a senior HR advisor to the business operations teams
- Interpret awards and follow relevant guidelines for support
- Coordinate the performance review program
- Manage onsite HR advice and support
- Support HR projects including HRIS and process improvements
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this position you will:
- Have min 5+ year HR operations experience
- Proven experience in a blue collar environment
- Strong exposure to Awards (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities.
- Strong communication skills
