One of Sydney’s busiest builders who specialise in delivering high end residential and commercial spaces are looking to hire a HR Manager. This award winning business are looking to recruit a new HR manager to join the growing team reporting directly to the CEO. As the HR lead for the business you will be responsible for driving the HR direction, culture and employee experience of the business with the autonomy to really drive change as you see fit.
The key responsibilities within this role are;
- External & Internal Relationship Management
- Human Resource Management including recruitment, inductions & onboarding, employee relations - performance management, reviews, and company culture initiatives
- End to end recruitment & onboarding including management of relationships
- Contractual Management & Operational Procedures
- Policy, Planning and Strategy
- Staff Supervision, Training and Development
- Marketing, including website & social media management, tender preparations and award submissions
- Employee engagement & team building activities
- Management of the administrative team
- A degree in HR or equivalent qualifications in this capacity
- At least 5 years’ experience in a P&C/HR role either manager or advisor
- Construction or Engineering industry experience desired
- Experience working in Property/Real Estate and or Construction is essential
- Strong initiative is key for this role

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously, self-manage, manage deadlines and work in fast-paced environment!
