HOPE Community Services is a large Western Australian for-purpose community services organisation. Whilst its head office is based in Perth, HOPE’s 180+ staff deliver services and support to people and communities statewide and partner with local agencies to deliver place and community-led services in regional and metro locations.
From its beginnings 120 years ago, HOPE now provides support services across four key areas of Alcohol and Other Drugs, Family & Domestic Violence, Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, and Youth Justice.
HOPE has recently gone through a significant growth period and has a number of exciting projects and initiatives underway.
This Role:
The People & Culture Manager leads a diverse and committed team and reports to HOPE’s newly appointed Chief People & Culture Officer.
The remit of this position is to develop and implement people and culture strategies, policies and practices in Employee and Industrial Relations, Talent Management and Learning & Development across HOPE’s operations.
This position is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive organisational culture, attracting and retaining talent and ensuring that HOPE’s workforce is aligned with its strategic goals.
About You:
You will have already had successful experience in a People & Culture leadership position in a medium to large service delivery environment.
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline is envisaged, with experience in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a broad range of contemporary people and culture strategies, programs and policies.
