Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management: Formulate and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the business's overarching goals, ensuring the development, engagement, and retention of a high-performing workforce.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire a diverse pool of top talent, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Performance and Compensation Management: Implement and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, along with managing compensation and benefits programs to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Training, Development, and Diversity Initiatives: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
- Significant experience in an HR managerial role - must have construction industry experience
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills.
