About you
In this senior position within the organisation reporting directly to the GM People and Safety, you’ll lead a small team that partners to deliver an exciting strategic program that ultimately focuses on Metro delivering safe, reliable and efficient bus services.
If you’re ready to make a real impact, this role is for you!
- A tertiary qualification in human resources, law, industrial relations, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record as an HR professional, with the ability to manage multiple cases and projects with competing deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions including performance management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industrial relations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking business.
