The Organisation 
Our client is a market leader within their given industry and has found themselves to be a desired workplace for multiple attractive reasons. The role is based in Melbourne's Inner Western suburb of Spotswood.

The Responsibilities:
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:

• Processing of invoices 
• Preparing batch payments on a weekly basis 
• Working within the Accounts Payable inbox 
• Processing timesheets
• Running a weekly payroll 
• Processing of superannuation, payroll tax and PAYG
• Handling any payroll or accounts queries 
• Other ad hoc accounts or administrative duties 

The Ideal Candidate 
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; but not limited to:

• Has prior experience processing payroll
• Has prior experience within accounts payable 
• Has the ability to work within a team environment 
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
