About the Opportunity
The role will see you run the HR department smoothly, providing strategic input to ensure its operations run smoothly. Some responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement effective HR frameworks, policies and procedures
- Partner with management to ensure HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Create strategies to attract, retain and manage staff
- Develop staff training materials as required
- Investigate employee issues in order to find a resolution
- Provide HR guidance to franchise owners and management
- Manage and provide guidance to one HR team member
- Take part in special business projects
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to bring a few years of experience working in a similar role. We are also open to looking at candidates who are ready to take the next step into a Manager's role. You will be able to problem-solve and liaise with various stakeholders, simultaneously bringing positive vibes to the organisation.
