Job descriptionHuman Resources (HR)Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:Assist the Talent Acquisition head to successfully develop and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy, which are powered by EVP, hiring technologies, talent insight and data analysis. So that we could build a strong talent pipeline and benefited from having a diverse and dynamic talent base to support our business growth. You will also take on a role as channel management, drive the development of the online channel and agency partner ecosystem which will figure out a sustainable talent supplier in the market.Enhance the digital presence of our employer brand. Drive employer brand vlogs, video job posts, Blogs on selected social media channels.Applying technologies to improve talent searching, mapping, interview process management, interview assessment tool and talent insight, so we take big steps to move to the high efficient recruitment strategy.Build up a robust channel strategy, including online channel, offline channel and agency partner ecosystem. Agency partner ecosystem includes new agency onboard process, agency PE management system, create the efficient fee rate to make win-win together.Responsible for the recruitment fee management, including contract negotiation, drive all payment process, and cost summarize and analysis to align with the KPI of cost per hire.Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reportingMonitor Talent Acquisition processes to ensure all processes/procedures compliance with legislation and internal policies.Act with courageous integrity and behave according to HSBC's values during the day to day operations within the teamRequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:You are a high achiever, you are passionate about creating a Talent Acquisition strategy powered by technology & digital tools, design for best employee experience, able to ideate, innovate and shape strategy balanced with the discipline to execute project plans with excellence.You are a natural resourceful collaborator. We believe you have managed cross-functional business processes, experienced in project management will be a plus.You are coming from Talent Acquisition community, experienced in driving massive recruitment projects and where driving results is critical to the success of the role. 10+ years of Talent Acquisition practices related working experience which including 5+ years on strategy related project experience.You have excellent communication skills in English.You will ideally have a rich hiring experience in Fintech or Internet.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
