Our client is a successful business focusing on providing solutions to a number of different industries from government to the infrastructure sector. Located near Parramatta, they are close to public transport but also have off-street parking available if you prefer to drive. They offer flexible start/finish times and the potential to WFH, once you are settled in the role.
The RoleYour duties as the HR Officer will include (but are not limited to)
- Coordinating new employee set-up
- Preparing employment contracts
- Managing worker's compensation claims
- Payroll processing for approximately 120 staff
- Award and EBA interpretation
- Payroll Tax, Super, Workers Comp and STP
To be considered for this HR Officer role, you will possess most of the following:
- Human Resources experience including contract preparation
- Blue collar industry experience
- Australian PR or Citizenship
- Access to your own car
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Good communication skills as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders
