Team & Opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Total Reward & Crew Central, th is people focused HR Operations Coordinator will have key accountabilities across all areas of HR. This role will also have y ou work in partnership with the business to provide advice and front-line support to our leaders and crew , whilst working as part of a wider, collaborative Human Resources team .

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports core HR o perational work for the full crew life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Responds to crew and leader inquiries about HR policies and processes . Assesses complexity of requests and answers directly or escalates to other Human Resource specialists.
- Partners with key internal teams to support the accurate and timely payment and administration of benefits for crew.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and compliance with relevant legislation and company p olicies.
- Leverages various internal systems to respond to, document, and monitor inquiries. Educates crew on self-service options.
- Builds Human Resources acumen and business acumen to serve crew more effectively. Assists Human Resources crew with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with the a bility to follow a documented process Proficient in interpreting and apply ing business policies
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment
- A skilled communicator that can effortlessly support crew at a range of levels
- S ervice orientated with a desire t o mainta i n high leve ls of crew satisfaction
- Continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and process improvement
- Experience maintaining confid en tial and accurate data within a HR Information System
